Courses

IFFD courses are structured on the basis of certain programmes designed according to the different stages in children’s development. The courses included in these programmes are based on the case study method. It is a particularly participative method in which a small group of couples grouped in teams analyse real cases that are discussed at general sessions moderated by experts.

The Marital Love and Grandparents courses have their own specific structure.

The relevant courses and ages of the children for each programme:

First Steps: A programme for parents with children from birth to 4 years old. It is also suitable for young couples planning to become parents.

First Letters: Programmes for parents with children from 4 to 8 years old.

First Decisions: Programmes for parents with children from 8 to 10 years old.

Pre-adolsecents: Programmes for parents with children from 10 to 13 years old.

Adolescents: Programmes for parents with children from 13 to 16 years old.
